Carly Rae Jepsen is not having a good day in her new video for "Your Type."

The Canadian singer falls asleep on a bench, gets her headphones stolen and sings to an empty and unenthusiastic karaoke hall. Is Carly Rae Jepsen Pop's Most Underrated Artist? A Scientific Investigation

The video begins with a "once upon a time"-like intro from a mysterious, deep-voiced radio host. Jepsen is currently on her Gimmie Love tour. If fans are lucky, maybe she'll pull a T-Swift and bring "I Really Like You" video star Tom Hanks out for a cameo.
