Jess Glynne performs onstage at the MTV EMA's 2015 at Mediolanum Forum on October 25, 2015 in Milan, Italy.

Jess Glynne shot into our hearts and our Spotify playlists as the featured vocalist on Clean Bandit's "Rather Be," but the redheaded singer/songwriter has proven her solo skills since: Her album I Cry When I Laugh debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard 200 chart and the single "Hold My Hand" was a Billboard Hot 100 hit.

On Friday (Oct. 30), the 26-year-old singer premiered the steamy video for her song "Take Me Home." The video features a naked Glynne as she sings to the camera and curls up in a chair. The modest nudity adds to the vulnerable feeling of both the song and video.

Glynne captioned the post on her Facebook page with "Finally... I can show you all the video for Take Me Home - I'm so pleased and nervous that it's finally out. This is a song about the need to have someone who cares when you are at your most vulnerable. It's an emotional song for me and I have to admit it brought me to tears filming the video, not because I was sad but because I was so grateful that I had someone to get me out of the dark hole I was in xxx"
