Taylor Swift fans are about to experience her most recent album 1989 in an entirely new way, courtesy of alt-country singer-songwriter Ryan Adams. He's just released a full cover album of the project (with Taylor's enthusiastic approval), less than a year after its initial release.

The long-teased new 1989 is now available on iTunes and Adams' YouTube page. As one might expect, he brings Swift's first official pop album a little closer to her initial country sound.

Zane Lowe will interview Adams about the album today (Sept. 21) at 9:30 a.m. PST on Beats 1 Radio, reportedly alongside Swift herself.
