Swift shared her excitement by posting an Instagram of herself wearing the unique item following her concert at Denver's Pepsi Center on Sunday, Sept. 6.

"Someone knitted this sweater for me of a Polaroid of myself and gave it to my mom tonight at the show," Swift wrote in the post, which included a photo of herself giving a thumbs up while swearing the sweater.

She added, "It has very quickly become my everything. Thank you, mysterious knitter."

In April, Swift revealed that her mother, Andrea, had been diagnosed with cancer. Since then she's been attending fewer of her daughter's concerts, People reports. Luckily, good-'ol mom was on hand to see Taylor's big smile after receiving the fan-made sweater.
