The pop star says that his new single is about how "girls are often flip-floppy."
The Justin Bieber comeback is officially one month away. On Wednesday (July 29), the Biebs stopped by Ryan Seacrest’s syndicated radio show to announce that his new single -- the first from his next album -- is called “What Do You Mean,” and will be released in 30 days, which means the countdown is on for Aug. 28.
“I’ve been working a lot in the studio, just trying to have a consistent sound, a cohesive sound,” Bieber told Seacrest, adding that he has been painstaking with his creative process, to the point of frustration. “I had a rough week last week. I get in my head sometimes, and sometimes I just don’t want to to get out of bed.”
