Ariana Grande is repenting for her comments in a video that surfaced earlier this week, in which she declared "I hate America" at a donut shop.

After releasing a statement earlier Wednesday, Grande posted it to Twitter with an additional comment. 

"need to clean up this mouth of mine & set a better example for my babes. i apologize and i love you. always learning," she wrote.

Grande's official statement explained her unpatriotic comments as frustration at the country's high child obesity rate.
