The pop singer released the single Wednesday (July 1) and performed it live at a Manhattan rooftop pool party with some of her bikini-clad superfans.

Earlier in the day, Lovato responded to an Entertainment Tonight article that claimed her new song rips off Jessie J and Perry. (The ET tweet read: "Fans accuse @ddlovato of ripping off @katyperry and @jessiej in new leaked single.")
