Dev, the L.A.-based pop singer best known as the voice of Far*East Movement’s Hot 100 No. 1 “Like a G6,” is back with an impressive new EP, Bittersweet July, and a colorful music video for standout track “Honey Dip.” Watch the clip — directed by “Gucci Gucci” auteur Kreayshawn! — below, premiering exclusively on Billboard.com:

Filmed at Dev’s house in California, the “Honey Dip” video finds the singer-songwriter taking control of her relationship while rocking a smiley-face robe and sipping tea. By signing on to helm the video, Kreayshawn helped capture the buoyancy of the track, which was produced by Benny Cassette and co-written by Dev and David Singer-Vine, formerly of The Cataracts.

“It was such a fun experience to collaborate with my friend Kreayshawn, who directed the video for ‘Honey Dip,’ and watch our vision come to life,” says Dev. “It was important for me to keep things real in the video, so we shot it at my home in Los Angeles and tried to incorporate aspects from my day to day life.”
