Lana Del Rey's 'Shades Of Cool' Video: Lana Dances For Another Older Man

Lana Del Rey's "Ultraviolence" album is about many things, but her music videos for the album have tended to be about something very specific: entering hopeless relationships with older gentlemen who happen to have slicked-back hair.

In the visual for "Shades Of Cool," which was released on Tuesday (June 17), the singer once again pairs with Hollywood tattoo artist Mark Mahoney, who drives off into the California sunset as Del Rey writhes in her heartbreak. Mahoney is Del Rey's muse from her "West Coast" video, and in this new clip, he once again smolders while the singer shimmers in front of him (this time, in a pool and in an bare living room).

The "Shades Of Cool" video was released the same day as "Ultraviolence," Del Rey's second studio album, which was preceded by the lead single "West Coast." Get a track-by-track breakdown of the opulent new full-length here.
