The men of NKOTB look sharp in the video, as they are suited-up poolside with a definite throwback vibe (think early 1960s). The former wallflower (who "went from wallpaper to heartbreaker" in the lyrics) dances and struts her way through the clip, ultimately ending up getting her groove on with the group's Donnie Wahlberg.
The song, written and produced by Danish production team DeeKay, prominently features Wahlberg and Joey McIntyre on lead vocals, while the rest of the group (Knight, Jonathan Knight and Danny Wood) harmonize on background vocals.
"It's about anybody that's ever felt not good enough and turned it around." Wahlberg says in a behind-the-scenes video. "[It's] about someone who feels beautiful with who they are, and is willing to celebrate that for all the world to see."
"(Remix) I Like The" is the lead single from NKOTB's upcoming album "Ten," which is due out April 2. The set precedes the group's The Package tour, which launches on May 28 with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men.
