On the latest show, we're breaking down the 2018 Grammy nominations! The theme of this year's nods, especially in the Big Four categories (album of the year, song of the year, record of the year and best new artist), is diversity, with men of color dominating the picks. Aside from Lorde's Melodrama, every nominee in the album of the year category -- Kendrick Lamar's Damn., Childish Gambino's Awaken, My Love!, JAY-Z's 4:44 and Bruno Mars' 24K Magic -- is a man of color.

In addition to looking at who did get nominated, we also dive into the artists left behind this year, including Ed Sheeran, who nabbed two pop nods (best pop vocal album for Divide and best pop solo performance for "Shape of You") but was left out of the Big Four, where he's been nominated previously. Plus, where are any of the One Direction guys? Zayn's Taylor Swift duet "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" from 50 Shades Darker was nominated but in a songwriting category (best song written for visual media), and he isn't a writer on the hit.

We also get into some of the surprises -- check it all out before the Grammys go live Jan. 28.
