As Zayn plows on with PBR&B and Harry Styles readies his rock-leaning debut album, One Direction singer Niall Horan unleashes his second solo single, "Slow Hands," a sexy slow jam that makes a strong case solo Niall has more to say than naysayers predicted.

We open this week's Must-Hear Music podcast talking about Niall's fantastic new song, and move on to discuss Perfume Genius' gorgeous use of aural space on "Wreath," as well as LCD Soundsystem's first new songs since reuniting ("Call the Police" and "American Dream"), which the podcast crew (myself, Jason Lipshutz and Lyndsey Havens) have conflicted feelings on.

After interviewing them in the latest issue of Billboard, we also chat about Blondie's Dev Hynes co-write "Long Time" from their very fun new album Pollinator. Plus: Mac DeMarco's take on the '50s version of island music, "Dreams From Yesterday," Grizzly Bear's dense "Three Rings," and the hilarious "Linda Evangelista," which takes one of the best backstage moments from RuPaul's Drag Race season 9 and puts it to dance music (proceeds go to an L.A. gay and lesbian youth center).
