It’s funny how time can heal old wounds.
Back in 2010, Zac Farro quit Paramore along with his brother Josh, citing differences with frontwoman Hayley Williams in a harshly-worded public letter. Paramore moved on, recording a successful album without him, but for the follow-up to 2013’s Paramore, the original drummer is back in the fold.
“It’s a second chance,” Farro says. “I’m so thankful that I’m playing on the album, but that wasn’t what was important to me at the beginning. What was important was mending those friendships… Hayley and [guitarist] Taylor [York] have become really good friends of mine again and they’re super supportive of my stuff.”
