Jay Z, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chance the Rapper, Gorillaz & More for Austin City Limits 2017 Festival

UPDATE: Thursday afternoon Austin City Limits Music Festival announced that Jay Z would also be performing at the festival. 

The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chance the Rapper, The Killers, Gorillaz, Martin Garrix and The XX are among the big names lined up for the 2017 Austin City Limits Music Festival. The event in Zilker Park on Oct. 6-8 and 13-15 will also feature Ice Cube, Ryan Adams, Solange, The Head and the Heart, Run the Jewels, Foster the People, Vance Joy, Zhu, Glass Animals, Tove Lo, A$ap Ferg, Alison Wonderland, Angel Olsen and others.

More than 140 bands will take to eight stages in the picturesque park in downtown Austin with the usual assortment of homegrown acts performing over the weekends, including Spoon, Cody Jinks, The Black Angels, MISSIO, Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real, The Band of Heathens, Asleep at the Wheel, Dale and Ray, Paul Cauthen and more. Three-day general admission tickets for both weekends go on sale Thursday (May 4) at 10 a.m. CT here; 3-day VIP and Platinum tickets will also be available at the same time.

The festival will be broadcast live on Red Bull TV and available on the ACL website as well; a full broadcast schedule of performances will be announced in October.
