Festival Season 2017: A Cross-Referenced Guide to the Artists Playing Multiple Fests This Year

This year's lineup announcements were dropped on music festivalgoers over the first few weeks of 2017 like a season's worth of snowfall. Seemingly one right after the other, the rosters for BottleRock Napa Valley, Coachella, Governors Ball, Panorama, Shaky Knees, Bonnaroo and Boston Calling were all revealed, overwhelming fans with hundreds of artist names of various font sizes. It can be hard, if not downright impossible, to remember who's playing what, especially among the artists who have multiple festivals on their schedule: Was that Bonnaroo that Major Lazer was playing, was it Boston Calling, or was it both?

In an effort to help out with the onslaught of festival overlap, we at Billboard have made a guide cross-referencing the artists appearing on more than one of the seven previously mentioned lineups, starting with the most-frequently-featured artist -- indie rock breakout Car Seat Headrest, appearing at an astounding five of the seven -- and listing down from there. Every artist appearing at two or more fests is included. Check it out below, and remember to keep your Bad Suns and your Lo Moons straight this festival season.
