Karol G, Rosalia, Shakira & More: Which Female Artist Has the Best Latin Album? Vote!

In honor of International Women's Day on Monday (March 8), Billboard compiled a list of the top 10 debuts by a female artist since 2015 on the Top Latin Albums chart.

Titles that debuted at No. 1 include Chiquis Rivera’s Ahora (2015), Gloria Trevi’s El Amor (2015), Jesse & Joy’s Un Besito Mas (2015), Thalia’s Latina (2016), Kany Garcia’s Limonada (2016), Gloria Trevi’s Inmortal (2016), Jenni Rivera’s Paloma Negra desde Monterrey (2016), and Gloria Trevi and Alejandra Guzman’s Versus (2017).

Notably, Trevi posts the most on the chart, and Garcia’s Limonada remained atop the list the most for two consecutive weeks. In addition, there hasn’t been a debut by a woman in the top 10 since Becky G’s Mala Santa on the chart dated Nov. 2, 2019.
