Nio & Casper

After landing on radars with their 2017 hit “Te Bote (Remix),” which secured a spot on the Billboard Hot 100, Nio Garcia and Casper Magico have teamed up for their debut studio album Now Or Never.

Released via Flow La Movie INC and powered by GLAD Empire, the album is home to 18 tracks, including solo singles by Nio and Casper, as well as club bangers such as “Mirame (Remix),” “Te Bote (Remix),” and “La Jeepeta (Remix),” which is currently a viral hit on TikTok.

“We made this album as fans with songs that we want to listen to as fans,” the Puerto Rican artists tell Billboard. “It has melodies, lyrics, and concepts that we haven’t heard in a while and we wanted to create that.”

Now Or Never counts with various collaborations including Jowell & Randy, Yandel, Rauw Alejandro, Darell, and Anuel AA, to name a few. “No Se Te Dio,” in collaboration with Arcangel and De La Ghetto, is the album’s lead single.

Below, check out five essential tracks as shared by Nio and Casper.

Casper: “This track is very commercial. Ever since Nio showed it to me, I fell in love. It reminded me of the old-school reggaeton, like Don Omar and Zion & Lennox, with the catchy chorus. Nio and I go back-and-forth on the verses of this song. It’s a nice fusion that we created, a sweet song for the girls.”

“Nena Buena” ft. Rauw Alejandro

Nio: “This song is with one of my favorite new artists in the genre, Rauw Alejandro. We already have various hits with Rauw but the three of us just had to do a song together. It’s a very commercial song, a song that many women will identify with. I think it’s one of the songs that people will be talking about at a global level amongst the radio stations and our fans.”

Nio: “This is my solo single on the album. This song became a favorite on the album. Everyone has had a Maria in their lives.”

“La Nota” ft. Yandel

Casper: “When I found out that Yandel was going to jump on the album and that we were going to have a collaboration, I got very happy. Yandel is an icon in the genre, a living legend. His verse was a hit and when Nio and I added our voices, it was magical. Fans are going to listen to that Yandel from his ‘Quien Contra Mi’ days. Thank God this collaboration happened.”

“Llame Pa’ Verte” ft. Darell

Nio: “This is another favorite track on the album in which we had the opportunity to work with Darell. It’s become one of the biggest hits of my career but it doesn’t make it any better or less than all of the tracks on the album. I believe that this album is a hit. We’re convinced that if this album touches us, it will touch our fans, too.”
