Meet the Hot Latin Songs Female Artist of the Year Finalists at 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards

The 2020 Billboard Latin American Music Awards are less than two months away, airing on Thursday, April 23 via Telemundo.

Bad Bunny and Ozuna lead the pack as 14-time finalists with Daddy Yankee and J Balvin not too far behind. As tradition holds, the upcoming awards show will honor the best in Latin music, honoring 59 different categories in the main musical genres, including Latin pop, tropical, Latin rhythm and regional Mexican.

One of the many categories honors four powerhouses in the hot Latin songs artist of the year female category, including Becky G, Karol G, Natti Natasha and Rosalia.

Check out the songs that charted on Hot Latin Songs during the tracking period (Feb. 2, 2019-Jan. 25, 2020) for each act below:

BECKY G

“Lost In The Middle of Nowhere” with Kane Brown, debuted and peaked at No. 13 on chart dated April 13, 2019 (a total of 3 weeks on the chart).

“La Respuesta,” with Maluma, debuted and peaked at No. 13 on theMay 4, 2019-dated chart (a total of 10 weeks on the chart).

“Dollar,” with Myke Towers, peaked at No. 27 on chart dated Nov. 2, 2019 (a total of 19 weeks on the chart).

“Rebota (remix)” – Guaynaa, Nicki Jam & Farruko, featuring Becky G and Sech, peaked at No. 28 on chart dated Aug. 3, 2019 (a total of 9 weeks on the chart).

“Mala Santa” peaked at No. 21 on chart dated Nov. 2, 2019 (a total of 4 weeks on the chart).

“Punto G”: Peaked at No. 30 on chart dated May 18, 2019 (a total of 12 weeks on the chart).

“Dices Que Te Vas,” featuring Anuel AA, peaked at No. 35 on chart dated June 15, 2019 (a total of 3 weeks on the chart).

“Ocean” peaked at No. 22 on chart dated Sept. 14, 2019 (a total of 20 weeks on the chart).

“China,” with Anuel AA, Daddy Yankee, Ozuna and J Balvin, peaked at No. 1 on chart dated Aug. 17, 2019 (12 weeks at No. 1 during the tracking period).

“Tusa,” with Nicki Minaj, debuted and peaked at No. 1 on chart dated Nov. 23, 2019 (10 weeks in the top 10, out of those, one at No. 1, during the tracking period).

“Me Gusta” peaked at No. 4 on the April 27, 2019-dated chart (a total of 20 weeks on the chart).

“La Mejor Versión de Mi,” with Romeo Santos, peaked at No. 10 on the Oct. 19, 2019-dated chart (a total of 22 weeks on the chart).

“No Lo Trates,” with Pitbull and Daddy Yankee, peaked at No. 15 on the Sept. 14, 2019-dated chart (a total of 26 weeks on the chart).

“Runaway,” with Sebastián Yatra, Daddy Yankee & Jonas Brothers, peaked at No. 12 on the July 6, 2019-dated list (a total of 17 weeks on the chart).

ROSALIA

“Con Altura,” with J Balvin & El Guincho, peaked at No. 12 on the June 29, 2019-dated list (a total of 26 weeks on the chart).

“Aute Couture” debuted and peaked at No. 30 on chart dated June 15, 2019-dated list (1 week on the chart).

The awards show is the culmination of Billboard and Telemundo's LatinFest+, a three-day immersive experience dedicated to Latin music, culture and entertainment taking place April 20-23 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, LatinFest+, formerly known as Billboard Latin Music Week, will include superstar conversations, workshops, live concerts, fan experiences, and will feature artists such as J Balvin, Rosalía, Los Tigres del Norte, and Ozuna, among many others.
