Venezuelan producer Motiff (real name: Arbise Gonzalez) officially kicks off as a solo artist with his debut single “Animal" via Motiff Music Inc., premiering exclusively on Billboard below.

Known as the mastermind behind some of Latin music’s biggest bops, including Jennifer Lopez’s “Ni tú ni yo,” Gente de Zona’s “La Gozadera," Chino & Nacho’s “Me voy enamorando,” and Marc Anthony's "Traidora," the award-winning producer and composer brings to the forefront his ability to sing and perform his own tracks.

“Animal,” whose lyrics are about a girl who’s a freak in bed and doesn’t believe in love, holds an infectious reggaeton beat with flairs of Cubaton melodies (a genre that fuses reggaeton and Cuban music). “I shake the cage and her animal side wakes up/ She gets hot, she devours me, she’s a professional/ She likes to get her hair pulled,” Motiff sings in the chorus.

The music video, which features scenes filmed during Miami Fashion Week, not only shows off Motiff’s singing skills, but also his on-point dance moves. Other scenes show Motiff performing “Animal” in a runway and steamy moments with a model before waking up from a dream.
