Billboard Latin AMAs Fest: See the Full Schedule

Next week, Billboard will be celebrating the Latin artists, nominees and industry in the lead up to this year’s Latin American Music Awards.

The event series, sponsored by founding partner Lexus, along with Cerveza Tecate and City National Bank, will take place on October 15 in Los Angeles at Neuehouse, and will coincide with Billboard’s upcoming annual Latin Power Players print issue featuring a daytime summit, cocktail reception and the En Vivo concert.

1:30 PM Check-in Open

2:15 PM – 3:00 PM Eugenio Derbez: — No Barriers

From English to Spanish, from comedy to drama and series, the Mexican star and host of the Latin AMAs plants his flag in global entertainment on his own terms and also discusses his new family reality series De Viaje Con los Derbez, premiering on Spanish-language streaming platform Pantaya.

3:15 – 4 PM The Latin AMA Superstar Panel

Reggaeton, musical production, global expansion, online bullying and more.  Ozuna, Becky G, Wisin & Yandel and Farruko discuss the most pressing themes in Latin music and culture.

4:00 – 4:30 PM Being Latinx in America

How Latinx artists are changing the conversation around image, politics and race in the United States in conflictive times. With: Kali Uchis, Sofia Reyes, Myke Towers and Abraham Mateo. Moderated by Christian Acosta, host of Latinx Now! on Telemundo.

9:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Billboard En Vivo

Performers:  Joss Favela and Piso 21

The week will culminate with the Latin AMAs awards show that will be broadcast live on Telemundo from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California, on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019 at 8pm/7c.
