Twenty-two-year-old Colombian cyclist Egan Bernal became the youngest champion of the Tour de France in over 100 years, and the first Colombian to secure the trophy, on Sunday (July 28).

Bernal’s rags to triumph story as a young athlete from the small Colombian city of Zipaquirá has kindled Colombia’s collective imagination, as well as the world’s.

In his honor, here are five songs to fuel our love of bicycling.

Carlos Vives & Shakira, “La Bicicleta": Vives, a cycling enthusiast who has closely followed Bernal’s path to victory, joined Shakira for this runaway hit.

Nat King Cole, “On a Bicycle Built for Two”: Let’s get romantic with this classic.

Alkilados, “La Bicicleta”: A bicycle ride rekindles memories of love in an elderly couple.

Juan Luis Guerra, “El Niagara en Bicicleta”:  Juan Luis Guerra put merengue into bicycling.

Queen, “Bicycle Race”: The ultimate ode to your bicycle.
