Music marketing and distribution services company Ingrooves has signed Pitbull’s Mr. 305, Inc. record label to a worldwide deal for all of its Latin music releases, Billboard can exclusively reveal.

Under the new agreement, Mr. 305, co-founded by Pitbull and Robert Fernandez, will work with Ingrooves to build audiences and increase consumption and sales via comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns for the label’s slate of releases.

“Pitbull and Robert have built one of the most exciting Latin music labels in the world and we are thrilled to be working with them to expand the audience for their artists globally,” said Amy Dietz, Ingrooves executive vp and GM in a statement. “Their repertoire is fantastic -- the tracks we’ve already released are having great traction in the marketplace and we’re gearing up for new releases by IamChino, Justin Quiles and Farruko in the coming weeks.”

The Miami-based company that launched in 2009 has opened the doors for new artists, generating more than $300 million in sales since the label’s inception. Singles “Solo Tu” from IAmChino and Tito “El Bambino” and “Yayo” from Papayo, Pitbull and Ky-Mani Marley have already been released under the new deal.

“We are excited to be working with everyone at Ingrooves on some of the best music in our label’s history,” said Pitbull. “I’m confident that together we will be able to take the Mr. 305 label to new heights.”

Fernandez added: “The technology and marketing insights that Ingrooves platform provides us is truly next level and we expect that to benefit all of our artists as we move through 2019. We’re looking forward to working together to help our artists achieve their dreams.”
