Nicky Jam's life series El Ganador (The Winner) finally premiered on Netflix on Friday (Nov. 30), but only in Latin America.

At the beginning of the year, it was announced that the series would be released over the summer in the United States and Puerto Rico through Telemundo, which currently owns the U.S. rights of the series, but since then, a release date hasn't been set.

Nicky Jam: El Ganador was directed by acclaimed film and music video director Jessy Terrero.

So far, the reasons El Ganador has not yet aired on Telemundo are unknown. Billboard contacted Telemundo and Jam’s representatives but didn't hear anything back at press time.

On his Instagram account, Jam ensured fans that the series will be available "everywhere, in the U.S." soon.
