Viva Friday is a compilation of the best new songs, albums and videos recommended by Billboard editors.

Becky G ft. Paulo Londra, “Cuando Te Bese”

Becky G surprises her fans with yet another new song. Now dipping her toes in the Latin trap genre, Becky collabs with Argentine artist Paulo Londra in this sensual tune, stating on Instagram that she’s “loving the vibe of this one.” Agreed. -- J.R.

Tini, Sebastián Yatra, “Quiero Volver”

At a time when women are making their mark in Latin music, Sebastian Yatra has joined his talent with that of Tini Stoessel, a rising singer from Argentina, for the worldwide trendy song “Quiero Volver." The song is a soft tone of reggaeton mixed with tropical sounds, perfect for the rest of the summer. S.F.

Juan Magan, Pitbull, Rich The Kid ft. RJ Word, “Echa Pa Aca”

Juan Magan joins forces with Pitbull, Rich The Kid and RJ Word on this new collaboration. The explosive song fuses Middle Eastern-inspired sounds with reggaeton beats, making for an undeniably unique vibe. S.F.

Chyno Miranda, "Me Provoca"

In his first year as a solo artist, and after three collaborations, Chyno Miranda has officially premiered his first song without any features. “It’s the most important release of my career," he tells Bilboard. On “Me Provoca,” the Venezuelan singer plays with old-school reggaeton lyrics and melodies, surprising fans with a never-before-seen side of him. -- J.R.

Gepe, "El Volcán"

Chile’s Gepe was first known as a folklore revisionist -- and a fantastic one, at that. He’s since emerged as a Latin alternative pop star. On this first single from his album Folclor Imaginario (to be released Sept. 14), he goes back to his roots with a ballad that pays tribute to Chilean folk singer and music preservationist Margot Loyola Palacios, who would have turned 100 in September. Gepe had an opportunity to perform with her before her death in 2015, and he sings this song, inspired by Mexican danzón, with wistful emotion in remembrance of one of his musical mentors. -- J.C.N.

Tito Nieves ft. Sergio George, "Viva la Musica"

In a time where reggaeton and Latin trap dominates, Tito Nieves and Sergio George are keeping salsa alive. The Latin Grammy-winning producer and renowned Puerto Rican singer have joined forces to give life to “Viva La Musica,” a salsa tune that’s home to fresh tropical rhythms and positive lyrics to live by. “Viva La Musica” is part of a musical project that Nieves and George have up their sleeves, which features an upcoming tour. -- J.R.

Joss Favela, "Quiero"

Joss Favela, a Mexican millennial who has composed songs for the big dogs in the Regional Mexican industry such as Banda MS, Gerardo Ortiz, and Banda El Recodo, also pens heartfelt songs for himself as seen in his new single “Quiero.” The simple ranchera melodies in the track bring to the forefront Favela's expressive voice and romantic lyrics.
