This week in Latin Notas, the weekly news summary compiled by the Billboard Latin editors, Carlos Vives kicks off his European tour, Justin Quiles is confirmed to perform at Fillmore Miami Beach and boy band Reik announce their new song with Maluma. Plus, see Bad Bunny with Alesso at Tomorrowland.

Carlos Vives kicks off his European tour

The Vives Tour started with a bang in Europe. Berlin, London, Madrid and Barcelona received the Colombian singer and enjoyed his recent hits, such as "La Bicicleta," "Al Filo de Tu Amor," "Robarte un beso" and "Hoy Tengo Tiempo,” among others. After finishing his tour in Europe, Carlos Vives will perform in the United States. See a clip of his performance in London:

 

Bad Bunny’s dream comes true

Benito Antonio Martinez keeps following his dreams. The Puerto Rican urban singer had the opportunity to perform with Alesso at Tomorrowland. “I live as I dreamed at 17,” Bad Bunny wrote on Instagram. “Music has no barriers! That is what some do not understand! That is why I am here! Because the love of music can do more than anything!”

 

Justin Quiles to perform at Fillmore Miami Beach

Urban singer Justin Quiles will perform for the first time at the Fillmore Miami Beach. The concert is set for August 25 and tickets will go on sale on Friday, July 27. Quiles is a Puerto Rican reggaeton singer and songwriter for top Latin artists, including Yandel, Anitta and J Balvin.

 

Reik to release a new single with Maluma

”Amigos con Derecho” is Reik’s new single in collaboration with Maluma. The Mexican boy band made the official announcement last week. The song will be the first-ever collab between Reik and Maluma, and the release date has not been announced yet.
