Latin Grammys to Air Nov. 15 on Univision

The Latin Recording Academy has announced a new ten –year deal with the Spanish-language network

The 2018 Latin Grammys will air live on Univision on Nov. 15 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The Latin Recording Academy announced the awards show date along with the news of an unprecedented ten-year deal with the Spanish-language network. The Latin Grammys have aired on Univision since 2005. Univision will provide multi-platform coverage of the 2018 awards across its broadcast and digital brands.

The Latin Grammys recognize artists and other music professionals in 49 categories for recordings in Spanish and Portuguese. 2018 marks the 19th edition of the awards.

"Music is more alive than ever, and Latin music has shown again and again its worldwide impact and tremendous exportability," Latin Recording Academy president Gabriel Abaroa said in a statement.
