Watch Latin Trap Singer Bad Bunny Chat About How He Was Discovered & More

Bad Bunny never thought that music would change his life so quickly, but his desire to be successful was strong, to the point that this year at the Billboard Latin Music Conference, “El Conejo Malo" will have his own panel called the Latin Trap King on April 24 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

During an in-studio interview with Billboard, Bad Bunny talked about how his music was discovered via SoundCloud. "I created all the production, the lyrics, the music and published it on SoundCloud," he said. Now, those first recordings have led him to hitting the road for the first time in the United States, making stops in the most important cities of the country, and to record with many Latin superstars -- and even with mainstream artists like Drake and Cardi B.

Watch the interview with Bad Bunny above, and discover how his music has evolved, which artists inspire his music and more.

Bad Bunny is also confirmed to perform at the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Awards, taking place at the Mandalay Bay on Thursday, April 26. The ceremony will be broadcast live on Telemundo.
