South Korea's Yura Min and South Korea's Alexander Gamelin compete in the figure skating team event ice dance short dance during the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games at the Gangneung Ice Arena in Gangneung on Feb. 11, 2018.

Yes, that was “Despacito” on ice.

With the Olympics now allowing ice skaters to perform to music with lyrics, it was inevitable that someone would pirouette to “Despacito.”

And so the South Korean ice skating team, Yura Min and Alexander Gamelin -- two skaters who were born in the United States, by the way -- kicked off their routine with a slowed down version of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's hit song. The medley went on to include Mariah Carey's "My All" and Thalia's "Mujer Latina."

Check out a clip from the pair's short dance performance below. (China's skating duo, Shiyue Wang and Xinyu Liu, also incorporated "Despacito" into a routine -- although it was a cover version, by Leroy Sanchez and Madilyn Bailey.)

@LuisFonsi @daddy_yankee First I hear Aguanile song, then Despacito song! PR music on fire! Latin flavor on the Winter Olympics! Boom!
