Thirteen-year-old Andy, a Dominican native currently at the hospital in the Cayman Islands, has undergone four surgeries already but is still in dire need of a heart transplant. Another surgery without a new heart could end his life. Seeing that Andy was short hundreds of thousands of dollars, YouTube sensation Reina (aka Killadamente) raised enough awareness via a GoFundMe page to catch the attention of urban Latin superstar Ozuna, who took to Instagram with a plea for donations toward the costly medical procedure.

"I came to Instagram to reach millions," he said in the clip below. "To help Andy, our child, a child of the world, from the Dominican Republic, who needs a lot of money for an operation. A lot of us throw away money on clothes, jewelry, houses -- especially us artists. What better than to take out just a little bit of all that we earn to support this great kid, who needs a lot? I, Juan Carlos 'Ozuna,' want to donate a portion, along with my colleagues Daddy Yankee, Bad Bunny, Nicky Jam, J Balvin, Wisin y Yandel, to collect $380,000 that is still needed. Let's get together and help this little kid."

Andy has already traveled to and from the States and the Caribbean for a number of operations that afforded him more time but has been placed on a heart and lung support machine called ECMO in order to stay alive.

Bad Bunny picked up the gauntlet shortly after Ozuna threw it down, challenging others in the same manner:
