Latin Grammys 2017: Top 7 Performances of the Night

The Latin Grammys always make for a special affair. From the red carpet to the backstage, the annual awards ceremony for the “biggest night in Latin music” always puts on quite the spectacle.

Apart from the star-studded presenters and honorees, we of course look forward to who takes the stage by storm. This year’s fete boasted a slew of standout performers, from Maluma to Logic. In case you missed them, we’ve got you covered.

Here are the top seven performances of the night:

Residente opens and dedicates “Letra de "Hijos del Cañaveral" to his native Puerto Rico: "Puerto Rico doesn't get up, because Puerto Rico always stands up."

Best new artist, Cuban singer-rapper Danay Suarez performs "Yo Aprendi" alongside other fellow best new artist nominees.

Colombian heartthrob Maluma performs Latin Grammy nominated hit "Felices Los 4".

Juanes joins rapper Logic and singer Alessia Cara for "1800", a song dedicated to individuals who've considered suicide. ​

Alejandro Sanz performs "Corazón Partio" alongside a bevy of DREAMers: 

Bad BunnyFrench Montana, Steve Aoki and J Balvin performed "Si tu Novio te Deja Sola, Unforgettable (Spanish Remix) and "Mi Gente" respectively. 

Luis Fonsi, Victor Manuelle, Bomba Estereo and Diplo perform "Despacito".
