The track appears on 'Todos Somos Mas,' a covers compilation of the beloved Mexican singer-songwriter that's set for release in 2018.

The songs of Mexican singer/songwriter Marco Antonio Solís will be revamped in Todos Somos Mas, a collection of covers by some of Latin music’s biggest stars, set for release in 2018. Artists like Luis Fonsi, Juanes and Mon Laferte covered Solis’ vast catalog, each in their own, distinct style and with an edge courtesy of producers Emmanuel del Real of Café Tacuba and Yamil Rezc of Hello Seahorse! But lead single “Si no te hubieras ido” stays close to the original.

The new rendition of “Si no te hubieras ido” is performed as a duet by Juan Luis Guerra and David Bisbal, maintaining the signature string arrangements that made the original track soar under Solis’ poignant voice. Here, those vocals are emulated in a performance that ad libs a bit, but is more of an homage than a take 2.

An accompanying video -- filmed live at Abbey Road studios in London -- is premiering here exclusively via Billboard. Watch below and take note of the great harmonies between Bisbal and Guerra in the chorus.
