The first-ever major Latin music and arts festival hosted in the Midwest area is set to take place September 2-3, Billboard can exclusively confirm.

On its first run, Los Dells Festival will feature a multi-genre (reggaetón, rock, pop and regional Mexican/norteño) lineup with major Latin superstar names attached to the event. The lineup will be revealed in the next few weeks.

The unprecedented festival, which will be held in Woodside Ranch located in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, is spearheaded by Damon Zumwalt, founder & CEO of Contemporary Services Corporation.

"I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase this incredible property that can accommodate both sports and entertainment. It's one of the best sites I've ever seen for a potential music festival," Zumwalt said in a statement. "And we feel that a lot of the Latinos in this region haven't had the opportunity to see much great music in the right environment, and we want to bring great music to them combined with an unforgettable festival experience."

Aside from the music scene, Los Dells Fest will also feature art installations, a Ferris wheel and a vast culinary program.

Given the nature-friendly environment with 1500 acres of pristine, wooded private land surrounding Woodside Ranch, festival attendees will have the option to camp on-site or nearby. VIP packages and ticket information will also be made available in the upcoming days.
