Urban singer Ken-Y was arrested in Thailand, Billboard has learned.

According to Telemundo's morning show, Un Nuevo Dia, the "Como Lo Hacia Yo" singer was arrested last week at the airport in Thailand, when he was about to return to Puerto Rico. Security officials claimed that Ken-Y was carrying a bullet in his luggage. His passport was immediately confiscated by the authorities and he can’t leave the country.

This week, Ken Y was able to communicate with his family and fans through his social media where he posted a video “This message is to let everybody know that I am okay,” he said.

And continued telling his family "I want to tell you to keep your faith, everything will be alright and all this confusion will be fixed very soon."
