Vanesa Martin & Manuel Medrano's Gorgeous 'Complicidad' Video: Exclusive Premiere

Spanish pop star Vanesa Martin tapped Colombian Manuel Medrano, the winner of the best new artist Latin Grammy, for a redo of her song “Complicidad” (Complicity). The track is the first single from her new album, Munay (Warner), which debuted last year at No. 1 on Spain’s sales charts.

The new version of the single with Medrano clicked to the tune of more than 3.5 million streams on Spotify, almost as much as the original version (4 million streams).

Now, Martin and Medrano have paired up for the single’s video, a sparse but beautiful piece of work in which they play lovers who have drifted apart, with their initial innocence and love portrayed by two children.

The video, directed by Mario Ruiz and shot at a warehouse outside Madrid, officially premieres Friday, but we were lucky to get a hold of it exclusively for you. Check it out:
