Jennifer Lopez has taken legal action against an alleged harasser.

The 47-year-old singer was granted a temporary restraining order after her lawyers filed documents on Tuesday in Arizona Superior Court seeking a restraining order against Timothy McLanahan, the alleged stalker.

According to Us Weekly, the documents indicate that McLanahan, who has been previously arrested at Lopez's property, continues to send unsolicited flowers and also attended several shows during her Vegas residency.

The temporary restraint, granted by a judge, indicates that McLanahan must stay 100 meters away from Lopez and her twins, Max and Emme, as well as the children's school and the family home. Also, he is restricted from driving within the same distance from the singer's car and being in her workplace.

As previously reported by TMZ, Lopez's bodyguard claimed that the harasser has a past of violence and that he has also been arrested for threats of gun violence.

Billboard has reach out to Lopez’s representatives for further comment.
