SBS Names New Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. has officially named Richard D. Lara as the company's new executive vice president and general counsel. Lara will oversee will oversee the legal and corporate affairs department.

"I look forward to working with the entire team at SBS to build upon the company's history of success by developing strategic growth opportunities that will drive our business."

Lara will report directly to SBS' president, chairman and CEO Raúl Alarcón.

"Richard is a premier legal executive and will play a critical role on our leadership team and within the organization," Alarcón added. His expertise and leadership will benefit SBS given his deep industry experience and legal knowledge.
