Franco de Vita performs live as part of the Meet & Greet plus an acoustic show for the launch of his new album Libre at Mall of San Juan on Oct. 10, 2016 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Following the release of his new studio album Libre, Franco De Vita confirms a forthcoming U.S. tour that will kick off on March 18 in Miami.

The Venezuelan singer/songwriter will make stops in major cities including New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. The trek also includes a show in Toronto. Tickets are now on sale.

De Vita's set includes powerful tracks like "Dónde está la vida" and "Libre," a song about freedom and social justice. "There are so many things that one can't say, but on this album I do say a lot of things that probably in another time in my life I couldn't say. This time around I said, 'OK, enough [with] all of this, because there are a lot of people suffering," De Vita told Billboard in a previous interview.
