Juan Gabriel's son Iván Aguilera took to social media to honor and remember his late father for the one-month anniversary of his death on Wednesday (Sept. 28).

In a heartfelt statement, Aguilera thanks fans for their continued support during difficult times. "It's only been a month since the death of my father and we have seen the enormous amounts of love that people have demonstrated," Aguilera begins the message. "And also a good amount of people who have come out in public to take advantage of his passing, our pain and our silence."

Although Aguillera doesn't go into further details, just this week a 26-year-old man named Luis Alberto Aguilera was on national television alleging he is the biological son of the late singer.

Juan Gabriel died of a heart attack at 66 years old in Santa Monica, California.
