Jane the Virgin's tradition of having music stars as special guests on the show continues in the third season. This time around, it's Gloria and Emilio Estefan who will make a guest appearance on the comedy starring Gina Rodríguez and Jaime Camil.

The Latin power couple will play themselves, and of course, telenovela star Rogelio de la Vega's (Camil) best friends. According to Entertainment Weekly, Rogelio will ask Gloria and Emilio to help him adapt a Latin telenovela for American audiences.

The Estefan's will appear on the new season's third episode directed by Eva Longoria. Season three debuts on Oct. 17.

Gloria and Emilio join a roster of musicians like Juanes, Britney Spears, KeshaPaulina Rubio and Bruno Mars to appear on Jane the Virgin. Although it is not confirmed if Gloria will perform, we're crossing our fingers it happens.
