It was hard to say who looked better -- Ricky Martin or Maluma -- as the two traded verses poolside at the SLS Miami Beach during a music video shoot for their upcoming single “Vente Pa’Ca” (Come Here).

The Martin track, featuring the Colombian heartthrob and hot ticket-seller, drops Sept. 23, along with the music video directed by Jessy Terrero.

On Monday at the SLS, Billboard was the only media allowed on the premises as Martin and Maluma shot scenes in multiple locations in the hotel, including the pool area, where they shared the spotlight with some 50 extras, men and women, flaunting toned abs.

“Vente Pa’Ca” is a party track set over a sultry reggaetón beat. Originally titled “Some Kind of Dream” in English, it was written in Scandinavia in March and April of 2016 by Anne Judith Stokke Wik, Ronny Vidar Svendsen, Nermin Harambasic, Justin Stein, Lars "Chief One" Pedersen  and Carl Ryden.

Lyrics for the Spanish-language song were penned by Mau Y Ricky Montaner, sons of Ricardo Montaner. Martin also contributed.

It was Martin’s idea to invite Maluma into the mix for the Spanish track; the Colombian star is on multiple remixes and duets lately, including one of Carlos Vives and Shakira’s “La Bicicleta.”

No word yet on whether “Vente Pa’Ca” will also be featured on an album.
