Kinky Return to Their Roots With New Single 'Desaparecer': Listen

Following the release of their MTV Unplugged in 2015, Kinky is back with a new song titled "Desaparecer (To Disappear)," which was released Friday (July 22) across all digital platforms. 

For the new track, the first single from their upcoming album, the Mexican band went back to the electronic roots that has characterized the group and solidified them as one of the most important bands in Latin America. "Desaparecer" was produced by Kinky and mixed by Tony Hoffer, who was worked with artists like Beck and Depeche Mode.

Kinky will release the music video July 29, but for now, you can listen to "Desaparecer" below: 

The Grammy- and Latin Grammy-nominated band is known for songs like "Soun tha mi primer amor," "Hasta quemarnos," "A dónde van los muertos?" and "Más." 

Throughout their career, which began in the early '00s, they've played at important music fests, including Austin City Limits, Outside Lands, Rock Al Parque, Pa'l Norte and Vive Latino.
