Jarabe de Palo's lead singer Pau Donés took to social media to inform his fans of his cancer-free diagnosis after his latest visit to the doctor. "Clean! The 'crab' is sleeping and we will need to celebrate this," tweeted the Spanish singer.

To celebrate the good news, Donés reunited with friends and musicians for an intimate concert. "As it turns out, the 'crab' that had affected me, has reacted in a positive way to the treatment. Something stopped it. So today we had to celebrate and we did it in our own way with the guys at the local spot, Micky. After one year of not playing our instruments, we had a concert. I dedicated it to all the of those who dedicate their lives to help us cancer patients survive."

Since April, the "La flaca" singer -- who was diagnosed with colon cancer last year -- has been cancer-free after he ended his chemotherapy sessions in March.

"No more surgeries and no more chemo on Wednesdays. We've done everything we can here on earth. Now it's time to navigate again ... When you have death upon you, it makes this morning feel like I don't quite know what is happening ... But even though I don't know what is happening to me, this morning I've returned to life."
