The Latin Recording Academy announced that the 17th annual Latin Grammy Awards Show will take place Nov. 17 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The ceremony will be broadcast live on Univision Network and this year's nominees will be announced on Wednesday, Sept. 21.

Latin Grammys' week will kick off on Nov. 15 with the third annual En La Mezcla event that celebrates producer and engineering nominees. On Nov. 16, the festivities continue with the special awards presentation honoring the lifetime achievement and trustees awards recipients. The person of the year gala will also take place the night before the 2016 Latin Grammy Awards.

Last year, Brazilian singer-songwriter Roberto Carlos was awarded with the person of the year award and artists including Natalia Lafourcade, Alejandro Sanz, Nicky Jam and J Balvin were the big winners of the 2015 Latin Grammy Awards.
