The Roc Nation family keeps growing.

Romeo Santos, CEO of new division Roc Nation Latin, was welcomed by reggaeton superstar and Roc Nation client Yandel. "Welcome to the family, brother. The Latin industry needs these types of movements in order to grow," tweeted the "Encantadora" singer who signed an exclusive, worldwide management deal with Roc Nation in March.

Yesterday (June 8), Jay Z's Roc Nation launched the new Latin division with the King of Bachata as CEO and Johnny Marines, longtime Santos manager, as president.

Santos, who will also be managed by Roc Nation, took to social media to post a photo next to Jay and announce his new gig saying, "There's always room for BIGGER things. I'm now CEO of Roc Nation Latin. Let's go!"

The chart-topping artist told Billboard that "dealing with Jay Z, who is an artist himself, that's great. I've always idolized Jay. We both come from the 'hood, and he gets it ... But I'm really excited about giving back. This is my way of giving back."

Roc Nation Latin will develop and cultivate Latin artists in the U.S. and on a global level.
