Elvis Crespo performs with Grupo Mania during Mega 97.9 Megaton Concert at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 28, 2015 in New York City.

Elvis Crespo premiered the music video for his latest single "Escápate," which he based on the infamous drug lord Joaquín Guzmán Loera "El Chapo" and his clever escape from a maximum-security prison last July.

The video tells the story a woman in prison who creates a tunnel that allows her to escape every night to go to a club, where she meets Crespo and other men.
