Reggaetón star Don Omar will feature fellow Puerto Rican reggaetón colleagues Wisin, Yandel (who split early last year) and Daddy Yankee on his upcoming album, The Last Don 2, due out in October.

The four artists are also speaking about the possibility of a joint tour that could launch in late 2015 or beginning of 2016, according to management.

Yesterday on his twitter account, Don Omar posted: “Look who finished his album: ME,” and accompanied the tweet with a screen shot of several MP3 tracks. Among those visible is the track “En Lo Oscuro” ("In the Darkness"), featuring Wisin, and current single “Pura Vida.”

The Last Don 2 harks back to The Last Don, the 2003 release that put Don Omar on the map and is one of the early, groundbreaking works of reggaetón, together with other albums like Daddy Yankee’s Barrio Fino.

Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Wisin, and Yandel are widely considered the most popular reggaetón acts in the market. Although all of them have frequently collaborated both in recordings and onstage, they have yet to actually tour together.
