BTS are in tip-top shape to perform at the 63rd annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, and they're sharing which artists they listen to when they're working on their fitness.

According to an interview with Radio.com on Thursday (March 11), they're a big fan of fellow Grammy performers Silk Sonic -- the new duo comprised of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak -- and their debut single "Leave the Door Open." And there's one album they're still keeping in rotation: Positions by Ariana Grande.

"We're listening to Bruno Mars and Anderson's Silk Sonic new song. And one thing is that Ariana [Grande]’s new album is the best for the treadmill," RM says with a smile. "The tempo and her voice is amazing." One of the members specifically shouted out Ari's song "Test Drive," which was one of the bonus tracks from the deluxe edition of Positions.

BTS are not only taking the stage to perform on Sunday, but the K-pop boy band is also nominated for the first time ever: Their Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "Dynamite" is up for best pop duo/group performance. This will be BTS' first time performing at the Grammys on their own, after they joined Lil Nas X for his star-studded run through "Old Town Road" at the Grammy Awards last year.

The 63rd annual Grammy Awards will air live Sunday (March 14) at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBSParamount+ and Grammy.com. Online viewers can also stream CBS with free trials on fuboTV and Sling TV. (Billboard may receive affiliate commission through links on our site.)
