The song sales from the boy band's new album seem to indicate their American fans may prefer their darker, aggressive side.
From the summer's You Make My Day to their new winter release You Made My Dawn, Seventeen is proving themselves to be a chart force no matter what season.
The 13-member boy band see their new SEVENTEEN 6th Mini Album: You Made My Dawn EP debut at No. 4 on Billboard's World Album chart, earning 2,000 equivalent album units in the week end Jan. 24, according to Nielsen Music. Altogether, You Made My Dawn sold 1,000 copies in traditional album sales, while earning one million on-demand U.S. streams in the tracking week as well. The album is the highest new entry on this week's World Albums, becoming Seventeen's ninth Top 10 hit and and the band's eighth album to enter the Top 5 (only their debut EP, 17 Carat from 2015, missed the Top 5 after peaking at No. 8).
