BTS recently appeared on the Graham Norton show, and exceeded expectations despite missing one member.

"On the morning of the day of the recording, Jimin began suffering from severe muscle pain in his neck and back, and received medical attention," a statement on Twitter explained. However, remaining six boys sat with the talk show host to discuss their band name, Time cover and the meaning behind their latest album.

BTS does not stand for “behind the scenes” as one would assume, as Jung Kook, who was seated due to a previous heel injury, explained the truth. Fans in the crowd squealed, knowing that the band's acronym symbolizes “beyond the scene” in English and “Bangton Boys” in Korean.

As for their most recent album, Love Yourself: Answer, member RM explained the sweet meaning behind the name. "Life always has the dilemmas, and we have to have the pain inside because when the light comes, we always have shadows and we cannot avoid that," he explained to a crowd of deafening screams. "So, I just wanted to tell that we should find the way to love ourselves. Especially the youth, we can be more happy and we can live a good life."

The K-pop group also performed their hit song, “Idol.” Watch below.
