K-pop girl group TWICE returned today (Dec. 11) to end the year out with “Heart Shaker” and its double-the-fun music video.

“Heart Shaker” is TWICE’s fourth Korean single of 2017, and fifth overall including the group’s Japanese song, “One More Time.” It comes only a few weeks after October’s “Likey.”

The bright pop song incorporates funky guitar riffs, twinkling synths, and soft harmonizing to create a vintage wintertime feel. But with an upbeat melody and impish delivery of the verses and the energetic chorus, "Heart Shaker" still delivers the girl group’s effusive bubblegum styling that has led to TWICE's rise to the top of the K-pop industry.

The accompanying, heart-themed music video plays up the act’s name, doubling the nine members in a finale dance sequence that offers up an 18-member TWICE through mirrored choreography. The video as a whole is one of the girl group's most heavily dance-oriented ones yet, focusing primarily on the group's heavily stylized hand motions as the members confess the love that's made their hearts shake through a variety of vibrant, retro-inspired sets.

The new single is one of two tracks off of the nine-member act’s Merry & Happy reissue of October’s twicetagram album, which topped the World Albums chart. Aside from “Heart Shaker,” the group also released a bubbly Christmas carol in the form of “Merry & Happy.”

Since the release of their first song "Like Ooh-Ahh" in 2015, have seen all of their albums appear within the top 15 of the World Albums chart, and made appearances on multiple other Billboard chart, including Heatseekers Albums and the Social 50.
